10th EDITION NEWS: 8 STAGES and PRE-REGISTRATION + LOTTERY!
- This year we are celebrating the 10th edition of the PSR and the main novelty will be that we have added a stage: a festive vertical km in Encamp, after the 3rd stage! This means that the first stage will be on Saturday 29th August (one day earlier than usual), and we will finish, as always, on Saturday 5th September in Salardú. You can read the entire news HERE.
- The other big news will be the registration procedure: first there will be 10 days to pre-register (from the 5th to the 14th of December), and if the limit of registered participants is reached, a lottery will be held (on the 19th of December). * The minimum age to participate in the PSR must be 18 years old at the start of the race.
* In order to participate to the PSR we will require a medical certificate informing that the participant is able to run ultra-distances in mountain environment. The certificate must have been made in the previous year before the start of the PSR (from the 29th of September 2025 to the 31st of July 2026) and must be uploaded to your private zone before the 31st of July 2026. The organization recommends the certificate to be accompanied by a stress test (ECG during effort) in order to assess correctly the runner’s condition.
* The exclusion of liability must be signed and uploaded to your private zone before the 31st of July 2026.
* The insurance included with registration (you can read the policy here) is an accident insurance during the race, and as such, it does not cover diseases that you may develop during the event such as appendicitis, gastroenteritis, animal bites, non-urgent surgeries… We recommend that you take out a travel insurance that covers these circumstances or the European Health Insurance Card if you live in the European Union.
* Hotel rooms are shared double room with the teammate (triple in case of teams of 3). In the stage finishes with more than one hotel for accommodation with different qualities, the registration order will determine the hotel. First registrations will be assigned to the best quality hotels.
