The American multinational Garmin, specialized in GPS technology, will be the new technical sponsor of the two races we organize, the Pyrenees Stage Run, and the Costa Brava Stage Run. As organizers we have always promoted the use of GPS watches as a complement to follow the route but also for safety. We do mark the routes, but in case of poor visibility or the removal of marks by third parties, the GPS watch will help us stay on track and save us from getting lost and wasting time in case of mistake. That is why it has always been mandatory to have the GPS track of the route in the Pyrenees Stage Run and we have always recommended the use of these devices in the Costa Brava Stage Run.We have always send the track files to the runners and we offered support to those who need it to set up the track on their watches.

The importance we give to the use of GPS, the internationality of the races and the good organization of our events have encouraged Garmin to join the two stage races and in 2021 they will be one of our main sponsors.

We would like to remind you that registrations for the Pyrenees Stage Run will be open until August 15 and will take place from August 29 to September 4, 2021. The PSR crosses the Pyrenees in teams of 2 or 3 runners in a route of 240km and 15000m uphill over 7 days. You can find more information and registration on the website https://psr.run.

On the other hand, the Costa Brava Stage Run will finally be held from October 15 to 17, 2021, and registrations will be open until October 3. The CBSR has two possible routes, one of 85km and the other of 125km divided into 3 stages and following the coastline of the Costa Brava from South to North.
